He kept constant communication of when he would arrive, asked if he should take his shoes off, very considerate, professional, personable, and a wizard at everything he repaired!

A particular difficult repair was the dishwasher. It was not secured to the granite counter top. He found a solution that did not require drilling into the granite counter top to secure it in place. I never knew his solution was an option. Other's may have ruined the counter top if they tried to secure it like a regular wooden based top.
I want to thank Joel for being so kind. He even repaired a small linoleum tear i had forgotten about. It wasn't even part of the items to replace and fix.
